Waste of Money - carlene Lyn -
This purchase was a BIG disappointment. The non-stick material started to strip from all of the pots by the first/second wash.

If you can't take the heat... - Wiktoria - New England
I bought this set for in March 2010 to replace my 9-year old T-fal non-stick set (the T-fal pots were still fine but the lids were falling apart). I chose the color red to match my new kitchen, and at first I was very pleased with the set. I like the glass-tempered lids, the silicone handles, and the overall look of the set. I followed Cuisinart directions to use the pots (not on high temperatures) and to clean them (non abrasive sponge, and avoid dishwasher, even if the ad says they are dishwasher safe). However, 4 months later, as I was cleaning the 2-1/2-quart covered saucepan, a piece of the black, nonstick interior came off. When I tried to boil water in it, pieces of the black material started floating around. I have had to use my old T-fal pan since. I did use the Cuisinart pan a lot, probably at least once a day for the last couple of months but did not mistreat it. I am calling Cuisinart for a replacement under the lifetime warranty. Bottom line: cute set of non-stick pots but not recommended if you plan to use it a lot.

Non-stick coating flaking off - D. Piche -
Overall they are holding up after 3 months of use. But, the smallest pot has the non-stick coating bubbling and in some cases flaking off. These have not been abused- put in a dishwasher or abrasively scrubbed or put in the oven. I'm not sure if it can't handle the heat of the gas burner. Still, I have to stop using this one.

horrible-waste of money - getsmokn14 - centralia,il
after only two weeks of use coating coming off! now after six weeks every pan in set has coating coming off! totally worthless! i thought cuisnart meant quality..totally a waste of money!
