Cuisinart Advantage 10-Piece Nonstick Cookware Set, Black Review
When cooking is your hobby,you can not only double your cooking pleasure, you triple your eating pleasure,(most important to me) knowing your creations were slowly cooked in Cuisinart Nonstick Cookware. In our family, Patricia, my wife, prepares and finishes ( a secret code for consuming) approximately 50% of our meals. The other half is my job. Up to about 3 month ago, we cooked in our old but still good and solid stainless pots and pans. After purchasing our Cuisinart set from Amazon, we are so pleased with our new treasures, the stainless was immediately sent to the thrift store. No burned potatoes, no overcooked meats, no mushy vegetables anymore. Yes Patricia, I know,you have never burned potatoes.
Everything Amazon explained on their website was correct... this Cuisinart Cookware made cooking not only easier but also more dependable. Amazon's low price and high quality service were fast and professional. We have used Amazon's website many times before and have always received the same attention until the order arrived at our home. That's where the trouble started... I used the wrong utensil to open the box and cut a little piece of skin off my thumb.I try to stop the bleeding with our newest kitchen towel. Patricia got so upset, I was not allowed to use our new 10-piece Set Cuisinart Nonstick Cookware for a whole week.
Everything is quiet at the house again, the wound has healed, the blood stain is removed from the towel and Patricia let me use the Cuisinart Cookware again and again and again. Yes, she was so understanding, she let me cook all our meals for the next 4 weeks.

I received this item very quickly. Days before it was scheduled to be delivered. The quality of the pots and pans are great, better than I expected. Especially for the price. I would highly recommend this item to anyone.

I chose this gift for my companies 10 year service award, I needed a new set of pans so thought it would be perfect! Received the cookware and used it for almost 3 months. I noticed that one of the pans had the teflon bubbling up on the pan. After washing it now there are patches of the non-stick coating gone! So, I thought I would just contact them, I filled out the registration card so it would be under warranty. First it took me 2 e-mails to even get a response from them. They they told me to ship it back to them, me paying the shipping of course and to enclose for them to return the pan to me after they "inspected" it. They didn't say if they would send a new pan if I was getting the old pan, nothing. I'm sorry but me being the customer why am I to pay for their poor product to be returned to them and then pay to maybe have their poor product shipped back to me. No, I don't think so. I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from them again!!

This product is terrible! the nonstick surface bubbled an peeled after first use. I returned it to amazon they sent me a new set and right after opening the new set i noticed it was bubbled before even using it! So both sets were returned and i have yet to recieve money back for it.
